Offer at least two options
Home pickup (free): the default for repeat locals.
Airport meeting spot (+$25–$40): the easiest premium fee on the platform. Many guests filter exclusively for airport pickup.
Partner garage / valet (+$15–$25): great for downtown bookings where parking is hard.
Write directions that prevent confusion
Include the lot name, level, row, and a landmark. 'Cell phone lot row C, next to the Wendy's' beats 'meet me at SFO.'
Add a photo of the meeting spot taken from the guest's likely angle of approach.
