Verified accounts
Guests and hosts complete identity verification before transacting. License checks happen at booking time.
Insurance responsibility
FairCar does not sell or provide insurance. Guests must rely on their own personal auto insurance where applicable. Hosts are required to maintain their own commercial car insurance.
Disputes & support
If something goes wrong on a trip, our dispute queue routes the case to a human within one business day. Hosts and guests both get clear communication and resolution timelines.
