Exactly what 'cleaned to perfection' means, and how guests earn lifetime fee discounts by stacking the streak.
The host's checklist
Vacuum every footwell, including under the seats and in cup holders. Wipe down dashboard, steering wheel, console, and door cards.
Inside windows clean and streak-free. Headliner spotless. No crumbs in the seat seams.
Exterior washed (or recently rinsed) with no visible bird droppings or pollen film.
What guests need to do
Return the car in roughly the same state you got it. Take a quick five minutes before drop-off: trash out, mats shaken, spills wiped.
Top off fuel (or charge to 80%+ for EVs) per the host's policy. Returning low costs you a pass-through charge.
The Sparkle Streak rewards loop
If a host tags your return 'Cleaned to perfection!' on the post-trip review, that counts as one streak. Five in a row = the Sparkle Streak badge, which unlocks a permanent 50% discount on the guest service fee.
Break the streak with one un-tagged trip and you reset to zero. The badge — once earned — stays on your profile for life.
