Fleet teams — roles, invites, and permissions
Running multiple vehicles with a team? Here's how to invite operators, set permissions, and review activity.
The three fleet roles
Owner — full access including billing, payouts, and team invites. Usually one per fleet.
Manager — can manage listings, pricing, bookings, and disputes; cannot see payout bank details.
Operator — front-line role. Handles handoffs, inspections, and guest messaging on assigned vehicles.
Inviting teammates
Dashboard → Fleet → Team → Invite. Enter their email and pick a role. They receive a magic link and join the fleet on first login.
Operators can be scoped to specific vehicles so they only see the trips for their assigned cars.
